Juliano Associates, located in Wallingford, is seeking a full-time Survey Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities include conducting boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA Land Title surveys, records research, and CAD drafting.
A candidate should have an associate’s degree in surveying or related field. Experience may be substituted in lieu of a formal education. A minimum of two years of actual/practical surveying experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- CAD, GPS, & Robotic knowledge desirable and experience managing survey crew – preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in Boundary/Topographic/Route Surveying, Construction Stakeout and ALTA surveys
- Comfort and Experience with data collection technology
- Experience with construction layout for commercial/residential sites as well as layout for oil and gas
- Experience in land records research, both on site and online
- Ability for local travel 25-50% of the time, with occasional overnight.
