CALS is a professional organization dedicated to enhancing the development and professionalism of surveyors throughout Connecticut.
We accomplish this through workshops, informational meetings, lobbying for special interests and legislative issues, and networking with allied professionals, such as engineers, architects, and attorneys.
Surveyors and mapping scientists uphold and advance the integrity, honor, and dignity of the surveying and mapping profession by:
- Being honest and impartial, and serving with fidelity the public, their employers and clients;
- Using their knowledge and skill for the advancement of human welfare;
- Striving to increase the competence and prestige of the surveying and mapping profession;
- Supporting the professional and technical societies of their disciplines.
Please call the CALS office at 860-563-1990 if you need assistance in finding a qualified Land Surveyor to work on a project, if you are trying to locate the records of a retired or deceased surveyor, or if you have any questions about land surveying in general.
