Party Chief – Martin Surveying Associates, LLC, a growing firm located in Berlin, CT is seeking a party chief with the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the role of a Party Chief
- Ability to perform and work as a one-person crew utilizing robotic total stations and GPS equipment
- Experienced in ALTA/NSPS Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout on large commercial projects. AutoCAD experience a plus.

MCA is currently seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to work out of our Rocky Hill, CT Office on a variety of land surveying projects in Connecticut and throughout New England. The candidate must have a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Party Chief. Must be capable of operating Total Station and GPS equipment, AutoCAD experience also required. Capable of field calculations for boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Responsible for leading survey crew activities, training crews, assigned vehicle and equipment, and quality of work. The candidate must have a strong work ethic and work well as part of a team.
