Stamford, CT September 28, 2018 – Redniss & Mead, Inc. has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by Hearst Connecticut Media Group. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. It provides a snapshot of organizational health benchmarked against the best organizations using 12 years of data from 17 million surveys with 50,000 organizations. According to the survey results, Redniss & Mead made the list because they 1) Operate according to strong values 2) Have good inter-departmental cooperation and 3) New ideas are always encouraged. During the September 27th award ceremony, they were also give a Special Award for having outstanding Benefits.
