This seminar explores the legal meaning and weighting of deeds, their types, and how to find your way around a town hall. There will be an exercise in title searching using a virtual town hall, and participants who assemble the title search and correctly distribute the senior rights of the parent property that is sold off will receive PDH credits for NH, VT, NY, RI with a passing score of 70.
The workshop will require the use of your own laptop with Excel and Adobe Reader programs.
