The Distinguished Surveyor Award is the highest and most rare of all CALS Awards. It is to be presented on a sporadic basis only to an individual meeting specific criteria. The award shall absolutely never be awarded to more than one individual in any one calendar year; and it is strongly recommended that it never be awarded in consecutive years.Reese Roberts, CALS selfless patron, is always willing to help out in the best interest of this organization.
